MBA in finance and Engineer in Electronics and Communication, prior to Epsilon, Ashish was involved in presales as well as execution of projects & products in IT industry, in financial, accounting and insurance domains.

Apart from the above, Ashish has also been a regular speaker on career management issues at various conferences sponsored by Advantage Consultancy Services, NFO focused on education.

Rahul Desai
Rahul Desai is Practice Head, Emerging Services, Mentoring & People Processes.

Qualified Engineer in Computer Science degree, prior to Epsilon, Rahul was involved in presales & management of projects in IT industry, in Manufacturing, Workflow, Media & Telecom domains.
